Resolving your concerns
You have the right to complain if you believe that your privacy has been compromised or if you believe that Speedball Courier has not complied with the Privacy Act. When the nature of the complaint or other circumstances mean that it is not possible to meet these timelines then we will let you know within that time frame.
Speedball Mobile Application Permissions:
1. Camera: It’s used to take the picture in different cases like profile photo, delivery proof.
2. Location: It is used to auto-populate the client’s location from the field in pickup location and in riders case it’s used to send their location to the server.
3. Storage Read and Write: It’s used to read files from user’s device and write files such as profile picture, proof of delivery, etc.
4. Internet Permission: It is used to connect the application to the server.
